The company operates through GMR Airports Limited (GAL) managing the Airports segments and RAXA Techno Security Solutions managing the security solutions.

GMR Airports Limited is a leading global airport developer possessing a marquee airport asset portfolio. Our strengths lie in bidding, financing, project & operations management and partnership development. This has helped us in bidding for large Airports and enabling us to extend our presence in international markets. The airport portfolio comprises of three operational assets viz., Delhi International Airport (largest and fastest growing airport in India), Hyderabad International Airport (pioneering greenfield airport known for technological innovations) in India, and Mactan Cebu International Airport in The Philippines.

The portfolio has expanded by bagging the rights for developing the new Greenfield Airport in Goa, India in 2016 and New Heraklion International Airport in Greece in 2017. Besides this, the Group has recently been awarded the concession for the development, operations and management of Bhogapuram Airport in Andhra Pradesh. Expanding its overseas footprint, GMR Airports Netherlands B.V., a step down subsidiary of GMR Airports Limited (GAL) has signed the Shareholders’ Agreement (SHA) and Share Subscription Agreement (SSA) with Angkasa Pura II (AP II) for the development and operation of Kualanamu International Airport (Project) in Medan, Indonesia.

This robust industrial partnership between GMR Airports Infrastructure Limited [formerly known as GMR Infrastructure Limited] (GIL), the flagship company of the GMR Group and Groupe ADP, a leading international airport operator, aims to create the largest and most responsible airports alliance globally with key focus on setting up highest industry standards in terms of sustainability, passenger experience, operations, information technology/innovation, airport service & offerings, design, engineering and project management.

RAXA Techno Security Solutions was formed with an aim to deliver cost-effective and comprehensive solutions by bringing together the best of people and technology along with diverse industry and customer experience. The exclusive RAXA Training Academy, paves way for building a pool of qualified security professionals trained in latest techniques and methods. RAXA provides the complete spectrum of security solutions, including the installation and maintenance of intrusion detection system, CCTV surveillance system, access control systems and more. These are planned and built in collaboration with renowned technology partners.
