Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) is a joint venture, formed as a consortium between GMR Airports Limited (Subsidiary of GMR Infrastructure Limited) (64%), Airports Authority of India (26%), and Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide (10%).
