The AI Champions Program at GMR Group brings together a select group of employees passionate about artificial intelligence and digital innovation. These champions are chosen for their strong performance in the AI@Workplace and SPARK programs, as well as their eagerness to upskill and drive change. AI Champions act as advocates and trainers, helping colleagues adopt AI tools and identify practical use cases across the business. Working closely with leadership and the Transformation Office, they play a key role in accelerating GMR’s digital transformation.
Work Smarter with Copilot at GMR Group is a tailored learning programme developed with Microsoft to build proficiency in Copilot and its practical application at work. The programme enables employees to automate routine tasks, make data-driven decisions, improve productivity & quality of output, and unlock meaningful efficiency gains.
