GMR Group steps up to distribute essential supplies to migrant workers during the lockdown

With the Covid-19 pandemic and the resulting nation-wide lockdown having brought India virtually to a standstill position, many migrant labour are facing a tough time in coping with the situation. With neither money in their hands nor any safe shelter available, the migrant labours are the most affected during these tumultuous times.
Recognizing the important role played by these migrant labour in nation building and in keeping the economy running, GMR Corona Warriors, primarily the members of GMR Varalakshmi Foundation (CSR arm of GMR Group) across the nation have stepped in to support them in their hour of need.
