Bid Management

We provide comprehensive support at every stage of the project which include site visits, pre-bid meetings, RFQ documentation, and addressing technical queries. During the bid stage, we assist with conceptual planning, including masterplan drawings, infrastructure planning, and airside pavements. We also validate surveys and investigations such as topographical surveys, soil investigations, and OLS studies. Additionally, we offer preliminary cost estimation for both Capex and Opex, and manage bid submissions with technical documentation and schematics to ensure successful project execution.
