Passengers taking the northern access road to Delhi airport's Terminal 3 will now receive a green welcome.

The northern access road, opened to public a few months ago, provides a shorter and smoother direct link between the domestic terminals of the airport to T3. The 1.3-km long road includes a 360metre-long tunnel beneath the runway 28.

The private airport operator Delhi International Airport Ltd (DIAL) is now planning to beautify and landscape the area along the road Work on the landscaping is scheduled to be completed within next two months.
