Statistics
GMR Group has six highway projects across India measuring a total length of 424 km of which the toll based projects constitute 260 km and the annuity based projects total 164 km.

Safety
The Group gives high importance to safety during the construction of its projects. In both the Tambaram-Tindivanam and the Tuni-Anakapalli Expressway Projects for instance, safety considerations during construction were given the highest priority. We erected pedestrian fencing along service roads, installed appropriate caution and safety boards, provided exclusive bus bays, installed reflective road delineators at sharp curves, etc. We also provided state-of-the-art illumination, with special high-mast lighting at all major junctions and flyovers. 24 hour exclusive highway patrolling and first aid facilities were implemented to assist travellers in case of emergencies.
