Unclaimed IPO Refund Order
GMR Infrastructure Limited came out with an Initial Public Officer (IPO) of Equity Shares during August 2006. Company had allotted equity shares as per the allotment criteria and refunded the excess application money by issuing refund orders, wherever is required.
Some of the investors have not claimed their IPO refund orders till now. The Company had sent several letters through the Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) to the shareholders who have not claimed IPO refund orders to make their claims.

Return the unclaimed refund order with a request letter to our RTA at below mentioned address for issuing a afresh refund order/DD. |
| 2. If, refund order is not traceable |
Execute the indemnity in the prescribed pro forma along with request letter and send to our RTA at below mentioned address. |
