A Post Graduate in Management, Prasad Kumar has worked for twenty
years in several leading and diverse organizations in senior
leadership positions. Subsequently for sixteen years, he has been a
niche management consultant, specializing in Organisation &
Leadership Development, Group Facilitation, Process Consultation and
Family Business.
He holds key international accreditations in Applied Behavioural
Sciences and Group Process Facilitation and is an |
empanelled worldwide facilitator for the Forum of the Young
Presidents Organisation and The World Presidents Organisation. He
also holds the distinction of being a Certified Professional
Facilitator (CPF) of The International Association of Facilitators,
one among two in India.
As Executive Director and Member of the GMR Group Holding Board his
responsibilities include, providing strategic direction to
Institution Building, Business Excellence, Knowledge Management,
Leadership Development, Human Resources and Corporate
Communications. |
