Mr. B.V.N. Rao

An engineering graduate, B.V.N Rao has 12 years of experience in the banking sector with specific experience in Industrial Finance and Foreign exchange.
He is one of the founder Directors of the group since 1988, associated with all the businesses promoted by the group like Ferro Alloys, Sugar, Brewery, Power, Highways and Airport businesses.
Presently Mr. B.V.N Rao is the Managing Director of GMR Infrastructure Ltd and heading the Corporate as Chairman – Group Corporate Services.
As Chairman – Group Corporate Services he is responsible for Human Resources, Strategic Finance, Corporate Communications, Central Procurement, Corporate Relations & Legal functions of the Group.
He is also responsible for GMR Varalakshmi Foundation and various CSR projects of the Group.
